Health Coverage Tax Credit (HCTC)

HCTC is a federal program that provides a 65% subsidy toward the cost of DirigoChoice for eligible individuals.

To be eligible, enrollees must be currently:

• Receiving Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) benefits - including Reemployment or Alternative TAA or
• Receiving pension payments from the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) and be 55 years or older
