(Augusta) –The Governor’s Office of Health Policy and Finance
announced today that the Dirigo Health Agency intends to form a new partnership
with Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. Starting on January 1, 2008, Harvard Pilgrim
Health Care, a nonprofit health plan, will be the new carrier of the DirigoChoice
health insurance product. Negotiations are underway to finalize contract agreements
and secure needed approvals through the Bureau of Insurance. Click for a complete
